Elizabeth Neugent Dixon is a graduate of Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin (B.A. 2000) and Drake University Law School (J.D. 2003). During law school, Elizabeth was a member of the moot court board, worked as a summer intern for Judge Ronald Bartkowicz in the Circuit Court of Cook County, and was a prosecutor intern in Polk County, Iowa. She was admitted to practice in Illinois State Court on November 6, 2003.
