New Cases & Investigations

Electronic Arts Company's Sim City Game

Krislov Law is investigating reports of possible defects in Electronic Art’s Sim City game and failures to obtain refunds.  The SimCity game is designed to require users who paid for the game to be logged onto a server.  But many who paid for the game cannot find open servers and those who can are apparently frequently dropped from the connection, requiring the user to start at the beginning, with hours of lost progress.  Reportedly, many users have not been able to obtain refunds.

If you have used Electronic Art’s Sim City game and have experienced difficulties with obtaining or maintaining a connection, and with receiving a refund after experiencing problems, we would be interested in talking with you about your legal rights.   Please contact us  via email (clint@krislovlaw.com) or by calling us at 312-606-0500.
