Interest Overcharges by Online Pawn Shops

If you are an Illinois resident who obtained an online loan from a pawn broker and were charged an interest rate of more than 3% per month on the loan, please contact us to discuss your rights.  Illinois law limits the amount of interest that an online pawnbroker may charge to no more than 3% per month.
