AMERICAN AIRLINES FREQUENT FLYER MEMBERS - NON EXPIRING MILES LITIGATION

Krislov Law filed a complaint on behalf of members of American Airline’s frequent flyer program, who held miles earned prior to July 1, 1989, described by American as “Miles With No Expiration”.  The complaint alleges that American Airlines unilaterally changed the terms of its customer loyalty program by converting Non Expiring Miles to Miles Subject to Expiration, and by preventing customers from using their Non Expiring miles under the original award structure, which is more beneficial to customers than the new structure that American is now imposing.  If you are an American Airlines Aadvantage member who holds miles earned prior to July 1, 1989, please feel free to contact us regarding this case.
